► ABOUT GRACE
I’m a Manager at Ipsum Advisors with a strong focus on delivering practical advice to clients across taxation and business development—often using live modelling software to support real-time decisions. My day-to-day includes preparing management reports, financial statements, and tax returns for all entity types, including statutory financials for large proprietary companies that meet ASIC reporting requirements.
I also oversee the performance and workflow of both fully remote and hybrid team members, and take pride in training, mentoring, and developing our accounting staff. Internally, I’m passionate about improving systems and processes to better support both our clients and our team.
My passion lies in finding solutions to everyday issues—whether for clients or internal teams—making things simpler and more efficient while continuing to deliver high-quality support and value.
I focus on building strong relationships with my clients and am particularly engaged when solving problems or addressing business issues through analytical thinking. With a research-based background, I believe that being a strong advisor means sharing industry trends, providing insights, and staying across technology that builds wealth while maintaining compliance.
My formal qualifications include a Doctorate of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Melbourne. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from La Trobe University, and I’m a fully certified CPA member. In 2021, I completed an accreditation in Succession, Asset Protection and Estate Planning Advice (LightYear Training Group), and I also hold a Diploma of Financial Planning through CPA Australia.
Bendigo has been my home for many years—it's where I’ve raised my children, made wonderful friends, and connected with people from all walks of life through community volunteering, my children’s activities, and shared passions like dance, singing, and riding motorcycles.
From 2019 to 2024, I also volunteered with the Bendigo Community Farmers Market, a local initiative that connects people with freshly harvested and locally grown Victorian produce in a vibrant community atmosphere.
