We take all concerns seriously and treat every complaint as an opportunity to improve how we support our clients.

How to Raise a Complaint

If you have a concern about our service or a specific experience with our team, we encourage you to get in touch directly using the form below. You can also email us at feedback@ipsumadvisors.com.au, and one of our directors will respond as soon as possible.

Where possible, we recommend submitting your feedback in writing so there’s a clear record of your concerns.

Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)

If your concern relates specifically to one of our registered tax practitioners and you're unable to resolve the matter with us directly, you may choose to lodge a formal complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

Before doing so, the TPB encourages clients to attempt resolution with the practitioner first. If the matter cannot be resolved, a complaint can be submitted online, along with any details of the steps already taken.
